I remember Judy so very well. Before she met Jeff Feder, we went steady in 8th grade. I actually gave her my ID bracelet. Judy was probably the friendliest girl in our class. She was the perfect friend, always there to help if you needed her. After I met my wife, Karleen, Jeff and Judy became our very closest friends. I will never forget her smile and her words of encouragement. I am sure that she has become the social director in heaven.

Judy and I were friends after Mercer School opened in 1953. I used to walk to her house after school and we played the most wonderful word and card games, many of which we made up. Judy and I laughed and talked through seventh grade, when we started to move into separate circles, but I never will forget her easy smile and laughter. She and her family welcomed me to her home. She was a real friend.

Judy Glicksberg was one of my best friends in high school and then in college. Stan (my husband now) and I visited her all the time in her dorm and then in her sorority house. We loved her. We visited her in Cleveland when we were first married and lived in South Dakota, but she was someone we felt close to even after we moved far away. We didn't stay in touch after we both had children, and I wish we had spent more time together.
