When I heard of Scott’s passing almost 10 years ago it came as a shock. He was always one to go by the beat of a different drummer, but a great friend and always fun to be around, whether tooling around on his Lambretta, or his blue 1956 Plymouth. He was quick with that “shit eating grin” of his, but never on time for anything. Last saw him at the Solon Health Club in the late 90”s. Had a new wife and baby.
Skip, I haven't stayed in touch at all with the people I knew in Shaker. But I decided that the 50th reunion might be time to check in. So I was very saddened to learn that Scott was among the many classmates we lost too soon. Thanks for sharing some of your memories of him. He always seemed so strong and able to me. I didn't know the "different drummer" part of him that you knew. I can't help wondering if Scott and Sharon and Diane and Linda and Charlie and the others are up there having their own reunion.
